Dear Ardith 
I am so sorry to discover that Britt has passed away. I still remember him being so full of life and industrious.  I loved when he would stop by the office with his big hat and smile always ready to spread cheer with his humor.  
How are you and your daughter?  Did she and her husband move back to Downey? 
I remember when you became grandparents.   Hope you and family are all doing well. 
 Since selling Downey I have been living near Rancho Santa Margarita.   I cannot begin to say how often I have thought of you folks.
