February 27, 2022 2:30pm exactly 1 month from your passing.    I’m sure you’ve seen us all she’d a lake of tears for your absence.     

Our lives were completely  shattered on this day, but we all know that you’re in a much better place.    Without you,  nothing is the same,  our lives have so much changed, our daily routines are just not the same.  Although you’re gone I know you’re near as you’ve ever been because  you took  from each a chunk of us with you.   

Yes,  I also know that was your final Voyyyy…….  But I was sadden to know that it wasn’t our usual Chia Voyyyy…….     I walked away for a quick little bite and you quietly & quickly  turned away fitting  your angel wings and simply flew  away.    

It seemed as though you had it all planned ….from the moment you rushed me to bathe you, dress you with make up and all.   We knew that moment was coming , but little did we know that was the day.  As a magician you deceived us all making  us think it was all okay.  

Well, little did you know we’re all magicians too and without you knowing we also took a chunk of piece from you.   So we are also near with you and as you said “a wing away from you”  and as you may recall I’m am now “Jealous of the Angels” too.

We will always remember you and celebrate all the wonderful memories we have.

You gave us so many lessons to live by. You saw the world in ways we could never see. All those years of aches,pains and disabilities but you never once complained.  Not even when you had the worst of the seizures. You would simply brush it all off and carry on. The dictionary should include a picture of you to describe 'Strength'. I love you.

We love you Tia Toña. We know you are in a better place looking at us from above. 

Very honored to call you our sister. We that grew up next to you will only know how much of a beautiful soul you are.

Estás descansando en un lugar muy especial te imagino en tu posición de relajamiento escuchando música, nos dejaste el corazón roto pero el saberte descansando me reconforta deseo mucha fortaleza para tú familia para poder vivir con tu as esencia DEP Toñita 😇

To the best teacher I ever had in this lifetime. You taught me so much that I don’t know where to begin…you taught me to have compassion for all. To be brave and face fear head on, and even in the face of all the scares us never forget to laugh, but the most important was unconditional love…you loved each and everyone of us in your own special way…and you knew that you were loved tremendously…you had each one of us wrapped around your fingers…you ran this sideshow ♥️ I miss you everyday, but I know you’re finally getting to do all the things I prayed for you as a child. I love you my Toña, my twin the better of the two♥️

Aunque tu nos fuiste preparando para tu partida , aún me es difícil aceptar y a acostumbrarme que ya no estás aquí.  

No sabes cuanto extraño a mi cómplice de la aventura. Fuiste una gran maestra que nos enseñaste muchos valores morales y que a pesar de tus limitaciones siempre buscabas la  mejor manera de comunicación con la familia.     Se que desde donde tú estás siempre velarás por el bienestar de nosotros.  

Tu fe  era tan grande que con tu fe y la voluntad de Dios siempre desafiaste  los prognosticos médicos .  Clarísimo está escrito que era en su tiempo y no el de la silencia médica.  Gracias a tu fe, pudimos disfrutar un poco más de ti.  

Tu sabes bien cuanto te quiero y siempre te estaré agradecida  por todas tus enseñansas.

I still recall one of my earliest memories being my Tia Toña grabbing my curly hair and pulling me around as if reminding me who was in charge. I am truly going to miss all the times she would tell me to be quiet but most of all I know I’ll miss her great big cheesy smile. Thank you Tia Toña for being a loving Tia to my little girl. She loves you very much!
