He was born on December 16th, 1951 to Esther & Gregorio Hernandez in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
He was one of nine children: Irma, Alicia, Francisco, Maria C, Martha, Yolanda, Gregory & Sylvia.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa, and his sons 'Turo & Andy.
Married for 31years. We met in January 1972 at Los Angeles City College, neither of us attended this college.
At eighteen he began working for the law firm of Kirtland & Packard and then went to work for Reback, McAndrews & Kjar. He loved his work and enjoyed going to the office.
He loved visiting Arizona; especially our home in Prescott Valley. Arturo enjoyed being outdoors surrounded by the lakes, the forest and working in the garden, reading the newspaper daily from cover-to-cover.
