

With hearts full of love and cherished memories, we remember Danielle McKinney, who passed away peacefully at home in Downey, California surrounded by her family. Danielle was the beloved daughter of Marie McKinney, stepdaughter of Daniel Mosevich and granddaughter of Gloria Roza-Pereira. She is also lovingly remembered by her uncles, Carl Roza-Pereira (Kim) and Lionel Roza-Pereira (Michele). She is also remembered by her other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Danielle lived with Rett syndrome and throughout her life she showed remarkable strength, resilience and a beautiful spirit that touched everyone who knew her. Though her journey included many challenges, Danielle brought comfort, joy and deep love to her family. In her own special way she reminded those around her of the power of patience, compassion and unconditional love.
Music brought light and peace into Danielle’s world. Songs, melodies, and familiar sounds offered her comfort and happiness. She also had a special love for Tigger, the beloved Disney character, whose playful spirit always made her laugh and brought her joy.
Danielle will be remembered for the tenderness she inspired, the lessons she taught without words and the lasting imprint she leaves on the hearts of those blessed to know her.
Danielle’s love will remain like a gentle song carried in the hearts of those who knew her. Though her earthly journey has come to an end, the light she brought into this world will continue to shine in every life she touched.
