I drove by the nursery on Sunday on my way back to the Bay Area, but I didn't stop.  I wish I had though. I  know you wouldn't believe me, but I think about you all of the time.  I smiled thinking about you and Tio Camillo.  I think about that devilish grin and your wickedly sparkly eyes.  

I love you and I miss you dearly.  I hope you and dad are somewhere making trouble.

It’s been many years since we last spoke. You mentioned Uncle Don was having trouble then. I thought to myself, that cranky old bird will outlive me! But as I lay awake in bed tonight, he crossed my mind and I knew at that moment, he had left us. I just didn’t know when. I know this has to be very difficult for you. You had spent so many years together. He’s somewhere out there getting into trouble with Dad (Claude) now, I’m sure. Know that I loved you both and I love you still.  I am always here for you.

Dear Camilo,
It's with heaviest hearts Rick and I extend our deepest condolences to you at this time of your loss of Don. We have lost a special person in our lives. Don's lively character honesty and wit is greatly missed. We are saddened that we are unable to gather today Wed, March 25, 2020  to console each other for Don due to the Corona virus.
