Hi everyone.

My name is Yvonne and I was one of Mrs. Lopez’s nurse during the time she was in the hospital. Mrs. Lopez was an incredibly sweet woman with a huge heart. While I was her nurse, she shared photos of her and her family traveling. I encouraged her to stay positive and keep fighting. The last time I saw her, they had moved her to a different floor and I went to say hi. She was in great spirits and was hopeful. She looked much better than before. I told her the next time I would see her would hopefully be at Ralph’s and not in the hospital. I was so saddened to hear she was readmitted to the ICU and passed. I just want to say I am very sorry for your loss. She was my favorite patient and I won’t ever forget her. I am sending my deepest condolence to Cindy and the rest of the family.
