Joanne Cianciosi

It is with great sadness that the family of Joanne Cianciosi announces her passing on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at the age of 79 years. Joanne will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years, Lou and their children, Pattie (husband Mike Heuring), Mary (husband David Curry), Ken (wife Linda). Joanne will also be fondly remembered by her seven grandchildren, Kathleen (husband Ronnie Patron), Julie, Laura, Erica, Haley, Brodie and Kahea, by her great grandchildren Orion and Rhea, and her extended family.

Throughout her life she was a very active member of her community and Church. She was past President of the Women's Auxiliary for the Compton Hunting and Fishing club offering her volunteer services for numerous community projects. Later in life her involvement with HOPE (Helping Other People Everyday) through St. Irenaeus Church was well respected. Dedicated to serving families in need, Joanne was active in provided assistance to families through weekly food drives and supporting families in need.

A funeral service for Joanne will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 10:30 AM at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, 5201 Evergreen Ave, Cypress, CA 90630. A celebration of life potluck will occur Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Compton Hunting & Fishing Club, 1625 Sportsman Dr, Compton, CA 90221. A burial will occur at RNC.
