   Ate Beng, my memory of you is you want me to massage your back with me stepping on your back. But I want to express my gratitude  to you for allowing us to live in your house at Kusang Loob. Without your help we would not be able to rise out of poverty and for ate Mercy to be able to move to USA with your help.
     Thank you for being understanding and for your guidance to us......if ever we were hard headed at times but know that you will never never be forgotten.
   Thank you ate Beng and forever rest in peace. Amen.

Ate Bing leaves behind a legacy of love. She touched the lives of so many with her generosity and compassion. Her ability to connect with people and make them feel valued was a rare gift. Though Ate Bing may be gone, her compassion makes a difference in this world will forever inspire me. She lives behind a loving family, her many cousins, including myself will miss her dearly. The lives she touch will forever be a testament to her magnificent legacy. Rest In Peace Ate Bing

I recalled, Auntie Beng got me a brand-new red trike bike and shipped it to me on my 5th grade in Baguio. I really enjoyed riding this trike on our 2nd story balcony going back and forth while doing my math homework at the same time. Come to think of it, if I ever finished that math homework! I thank my Auntie Beng for keeping her promised to me. My Auntie Beng, she is standing 3rd from right to left picture above, between Uncle Aman and Auntie Puring. Now all 5 of them including Uncle Totoy and Uncle Asiong are with Our Lord God!

Interred next to Lola, Auntie Puring, and Uncle Siong. My dad, Auntie Nita, uncle Aman and Auntie Phine are close by too. Only need to park once to visit 7 family members. 

This tree was so thin in 1989. Uncle Toy carved our grandmas initials in it.

Auntie Bing was loved by all near and far. Not married by choice she had a ton of nephews and nieces and more generations after that to love. Many stories from the heart were shared and can continue here on her virtual memory wall. 

Major takeaway that was also expressed by Auntie Poyche. Get to know your family before they are gone and tell them you love them.

 Dear Ate beng, eversince my childhood days you have stood up to be like my mother. Others say you were very strict but they don't know you were also very loving. Thank you sooo much for your guidance throughout my life from childhood to adulthood to marriage life. You were so worried about me everytime I would deliver my children. I can see and feel your love depite what others say you were very strict that it is only Sarah and I that stood and remained loyal to you.  We have so many loving memories and I love you so much. You always made sure I was dressed up nice when my children had school functions because as you say...they would not belittle me.
      I made a promise to you that i would take care of you when you get old but you were so far. You made me what I am now ate Beng, for your love and concern and your devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
      Upon learning about your death ate Beng.....  I cried so hard.....losing you is like losing a big part of my life. I love you ate Beng

My ate Beng, we are the smiley sisters. The oldest sister and the youngest sister. I have shared my memory of you putting me to sleep with you gently rubbing my arm..."kiliti" which I have carried throughout my life...to high school and to college and my seatmates  know me as " Ms Kiliti". When I went home last year and met with my highschool and college friends...they greeted me " si miss kiliti".  In my adult life ...if I can't sleep...I "kiliti "my arms or Jong puts me to sleep or I put myself to sleep gently rubbing my arms till I fall asleep. Thank you my ate Beng for putting me in a prestigious school of University of Santo Tomas.
    Wow ate Beng, the nephews and nieces shared so many memories of you....so...ano pa ate kong mahal. Kita mo na rin si papa at mama and Lola Tikya and kuya Siong and kuya Toy and koko Aman and ate Puring. Tenk you Miss Gemma Cruz of Santa Cruz Manila. Luv u Teh Beng.

Death brings pain that time only can heal
No words could ease what we truly feel
But with god,her joy is externally sealed
And cherish her memories that death can't even seal
Lift up a smile for she is already in the paradise.

Lola, we haven't seen each other for years but you'll always be in my heart. Thank you for all the love and good memories we've shared together ❤️  I will always love you.

Lola, though you're gone, your love and wisdom continue to guide me every day. I miss your laughter, your warm hugs, and the comfort of your presence. Thank you for all the love and lessons you taught me. I will never forget you.

Lola,  You are truly special to me. Although you have passed on, your memories will always live on within us. Thank you for the love, care, and concern you showed me. Wherever you are, I know you are in a much better place. I will always be incredibly grateful and thankful to you💕

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to honor the life of Aunt Jovita Secuya Sam, a woman whose heart was woven with love, sacrifice, and devotion to her family. Lord, we thank You for the 87 wonderful years she graced this world, touching lives with her caring spirit, her thoughtfulness, and her unwavering commitment to those she loved.

Though she sometimes appeared stern, You blessed her with a heart full of kindness and generosity, seen in the countless ways she cared for her family. From packing lunches to hosting cookouts, to opening her home and employing family so they could always be near—her life was a testament to selfless love.

Lord, we are grateful for the sacrifices she made, for choosing family over personal pursuits, and for ensuring that the blessings of her hard work were shared with those she held dear. Her dedication to keeping family assets within the family and her careful stewardship reflect her deep sense of responsibility and love.

We remember her laughter, her stories, and the way she always reached out to connect across miles. She was a pillar of strength and wisdom, a shining example of loyalty, and a reminder of how love can be both fierce and tender.

Father, as we grieve her loss, we celebrate her legacy. Let her example inspire us to love deeply, to care selflessly, and to cherish the bonds of family that she worked so hard to preserve.

May her soul rest in Your eternal peace, where there is no more pain, no more sorrow, but only joy in Your presence. Comfort our hearts, Lord, as we hold onto the precious memories of Aunt Jovita, trusting that we will one day be reunited with her in Your Kingdom.

Dear Heavenly Father, in this time of sorrow, we lift our weary hearts to You. We ask for Your loving embrace to surround this grieving family. May we find solace in Your constant presence and feel the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. We entrust our dear Auntie Beng into Your loving arms. May Christ Jesus welcome her into the promise of heaven, where there is no more pain of loss, only the love of God. Grant her eternal rest, O God, and let Your perpetual light shine upon her. Amen

Dear God, we lift up aunt Jovita Sam  in prayer as she begin her journey into eternal rest. Please bring her into your loving arms and grant her peace and rest. We also pray for those who are left behind, that they would find comfort and hope in your presence and the promise of eternal life.
