So saddened to hear of your passing  Juan,  so many memories of watching our daughters play soccer. I pray for peace and love to your family, and may god give them strength. 

Juan was more than a neighbor to us, he was a friend.  He was such an amazing man and kind human being.  We will miss coming home and having long conversations with him outside on our driveway.  Our family felt safer knowing that we had Juan next door and we knew we could always count on him.  Juan was such a hardworking man and took pride in everything he did.  Through his words and actions we knew how much he loved his wife and kids.  The love and respect for his wife showed every time he spoke about her.  His love and pride for his children came out when he spoke about all their accomplishments.  They meant everything to him.  We know he is watching over all of you from above now.   We are so sorry for such a great loss and hope that you all take comfort in knowing that Juan will always be by your side and watch over all of you.  Please know that we will always be there for you, the way that Juan was always there for us.  
We will miss you greatly Juan! Rest in peace dear friend. 

Carlos was like a father to me. He taught me the importance of protecting whats closest to you. Im going to miss talking to him about soccer since he had an extensive knowledge about the sport. I will always respect the passion he had for making his wife and kids happy through his sense of humor or just overall kindness. I wish I had more time to spend with him but the time I did he made me become a much better man in general. I will forever look after your daughter, I promise you that. You will always be in my heart.

You will be missed in the soccer field my friend. All the years we shared with our daughters, cheering them on and eating sunflower seeds will be in our hearts for ever.  I can't forget the time you saved me and my camera from the rain during a soccer match sharing your umbrella. I know Savannah will always have her number one fan looking out from above. 

Shocked to have heard of his passing.  Great high school friend, my sincere condolences to his entire family.
