I am so sorry to hear of Pat’s demise. I have known Pat for years through our joint service on the Assessment Appeals Board. We were the same age and shared memories of growing up, I in long beach and pat in Downey. As well, I was always picking pat’s mind on the value of collectibles due to your family business. Wonderful to visit with during board mornings and I always heard about his daughter and grandchildren. A good man was Pat. My sympathies to your family. I know you must miss him so very much. Pat was our agent when we bought our home in Downey on Pangborn Avenue in 1984.  We still live in that home.  He was in the Kiwanis Club with Joe and we have wonderful memories of times spent in service projects like Pathfinder's Leadership Retreat for high school students, social gatherings with the club members and  running and exercising at the YMCA.  We got to know Danna and Stacy too, and would always go to CVS and say Hi to Stacy while picking up prescriptions.  We will always hold those memories close and pray for the family in this terrible time of pandemic. God bless all of you.
