Romulo Marquez Jalbuna, born in the Philippines on November 14, 1944, passed away in Covina, CA on February 13, 2026, at the age of 81.
Romulo is survived by his children Joyce Maylen (James Maylen), Joanne Jalbuna; Grandson James Maylen Jr; Sister Felisa De Leon; Brother Flaviano Jalbuna and many loving nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends for a memorial service will be held at the home of Gene & Gene Reyes on Thursday February 19, 2026.
