It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Teresita Valera Estonactoc, who passed away on April 17, 2026, at the age of 95. Born on December 23, 1930, in Abra, Philippines. Teresita lived a life defined by courage, sacrifice, resilience, and deep love for her family.
Born the eleventh of twelve children, Teresita brought warmth and joy wherever she went. She loved playing the piano, dancing and singing with friends and family, and creating meaningful memories with those she loved. Humble, forgiving, and soft-spoken, she carried herself with grace and kindness, yet her influence on those around her was profound. She embodied a quiet strength that inspired her family and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her laughter, compassion, and caring spirit left a lasting impression that will never be forgotten.
In 1978, with tremendous courage and determination, Teresita immigrated alone to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunities and a brighter future for her children. Throughout her life, she consistently placed the well-being, education, and future of her family above her own comfort and happiness. Her sacrifices became the foundation upon which generations of her family would build their lives, and her devotion will forever remain an enduring example of unconditional love.
She is lovingly survived by her sons, Rodney Estonactoc, Philip Estonactoc, and George Estonactoc; her grandchildren, Blue Hilario, Crimson Dignadice, Green Hilario, Purple Salerno, and Gray Hilario; and great-grandchildren, Zephaniah, Scarlett, Cerise, Zechariah, Zebadiah, and Maddie. Her memory will continue to live on through the many lives she touched and the family she cherished deeply.
