She was a financial loan specialist, her hobbies were playing bingo and enjoyed adult coloring. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management at the University of La Verne in 2001.
Velma is survived by Brenda Bailey, Amy Petersen, Troy Bailey Jr., Kyle Norris and Erik Norris.
