Peacefully passed away with her family by her side, at Roberta Place Barrie, on September 6, 2012 at the age of 92. Loving daughter of Thomas and Mahala Hodgson and dear sister of Vi, Jennie, John and Dorie. Beloved wife of the late William "Bill" Hansford. Loving mother of Pauline (Gary Harper) of Barrie, Jillian Hansford of South River, Leslie (Maria) Hansford of Guelph and Brenda (Peter Correy) of Chase, B.C. Proud grandmother "Nan" of John-Paul (Kim), Jeffrey (Stephanie), Julie (Tim), Scott, Ryan (Sarah) and Patricia (Leland). Predeceased by grandsons Jonathan and Nathan. Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her nine greatgrandchildren, her nieces, nephews, friends and her very special caregiver Lucy Varcoe. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, "SWACKHAMER CHAPEL", 195 King St. West, Dundas on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Interment at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
