Passed peacefully with friends by her bedside at St. Joseph’s Villa, Dundas at the age of 90. Born in Germany, Elfrieda moved to Canada in her mid-twenties. Here she enjoyed life with family and friends as well as a long career at Henry’s Toys in Dundas. Her friends and family, both in Canada and Germany, mourn her loss. Many thanks to the Maplegrove staff for their compassionate care. Friends will be received at MARLATT FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 195 King Street West, Dundas from 1 - 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2011 immediately followed by a memorial service in the Marlatt Chapel.
