Jim was a Marine Engineer in Britain’s Merchant Navy so he got to see many wonderful countries. While working on a ship in 1954 the captain took the ship into Hurricane Hazel. The eye was totally calm but then you have to go through the hurricane to get back out. Fortunately, all survived.
