Roslie Vera Anna Thomson

Born August 23rd, 1923 in Grand Valley, Ontario. Vera was the daughter of Annie Taylor (Buckland) and William John Taylor, beloved sister of Horace, Archie, Alvin, Bill & Arley (all deceased). She is survived by beloved sister-in-laws, Dorothy Taylor of Paris, Ontario and Nelda Schnurr of Orangeville, Ontario. She was aunt to many nieces and nephews. Vera was a proud and faithful member of the Community of Christ Church. She was the founder of Hamilton Joybringers seniors group. A Memorial Service in honour of Vera Thomson will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Community of Christ Church, 817 Upper Sherman Avenue Hamilton, Ontario L8Z3M9. It would be appreciated that in lieu of flowers a donation in memory of Vera be made to Camp Quality (1444 Queen Street East, Suite 206 Toronto, ON M4L 1E1 1-416-406-2267, [email protected]) a non-profit, volunteer organization that provides a free week-long camping experience and year-round support program for children with cancer and their families.
