Annette was the loving wife of over 59 years of the late Clement C. Dulude. Born in Sheldon JCT, Vermont on January 17, 1936, a daughter of the late Wilfred and Mary (Bergeron) LaMonda, she had been a resident of the East Hartford and Manchester area for most of her life prior to moving to Glastonbury three years ago.
A highly dedicated employee, Annette worked at Waldbaum Food Mart grocery stores for over 34 years where she retired as the office manager. Since 1970, Annette was an active member of the Women of the Moose Club. She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and loved watching the game of golf on television. She also enjoyed going to area casinos to play her favorite slot machines. Most of all, Annette was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who loved spending time with her family and close friends.
Annette is survived by her three beloved daughters, Nancy J. McClung of Dunnellon, FL, Jeanne M. Dulude of Port Richey, FL, Cathy A. Guidotti and her husband Mark of West Hartford; a sister, Lauren Young and her husband Robert James of Vermont; a sister-in-law, Joyce LaMonda of Vermont; ten adored grandchildren; six cherished great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, former co-workers, and dear friends. In addition to her husband and parents, Annette was predeceased by a brother and four sisters.
Funeral service will be Wednesday (August 5th) at 11 am at the D’Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford. Burial will follow at 12 noon at the State Veterans’ Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday morning from 10 – 11 am at the funeral home chapel.
