Barbara E. (Earle) Saulnier, 89, of Cheshire, wife of the late Joseph Saulnier, died Saturday, (January 1, 2011) at Midstate Medical Center in Meriden. Born in Houlton, ME, daughter of the late Leon and Carrie (Moody) Earle, she lived in East Hartford for 40 years prior to moving to Cheshire in 1990. Barbara enjoyed listening to country music and had enormous love and pride in her family. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Janice Saulnier of Cheshire; two grandchildren, Kyle Saulnier and his wife Brooke of Riverdale, NY and Melanie D. Saulnier of Hamden as well as by many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be Tuesday, January 4 at 11 a.m. at the D'Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, East Hartford. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, January 4, one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel in East Hartford.
