Bette Post

She is survived by her children, Nancy and Tim, and her ex-husband and good friend, Frank, all of East Hartford. Bette is also survived by her brother, James McNeilly of Keeseville, NY; her sisters, Sheryl "Sherri" and husband John Kampe of National City, CA; and Brenda and husband Richard Bolduc of Wethersfield, CT.

She was predeceased by her parents, Mason Issac McNeilly and Dorothy Ann Devereese, as well as her brother, Thomas McNeilly.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center in East Hartford for their compassionate care of Bette during her final moments.

In lieu of cards and flowers, donations may be made in Bette’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association (225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601, alz.org), any dementia-related organization, a local homeless shelter, or through any random act of kindness.
