Dear Chuck, I am heartbroken that you have left this world so early. I am so grateful that we were able to message each other just a few short months ago. I will never forget the freshman with the mop of black hair and blue eyes who entered my Spanish class all those years ago. Fast forward to adulthood and I found out you and Toni were good friends with my brother-in-law, Tom!
I was lucky enough to be part of the East Hartford group that went to Vegas with you and Toni. You renewed your vows in the Elvis chapel, with you dressed as Elvis! I was able to go with my beloved sister Anita, and it´s a trip I will cherish forever.
I hope you know how many people cared about you and loved you.
Your sense of humor, your smile, and your caring for others will live on in your children and grandchildren.
Rest In Peace, my student and my friend, you will be missed by so many.

My condolences to all of your family.
