

Dale Nadine (Saladino) Scrivano, 78, of Naugatuck and formerly of the Hartford area, peacefully entered into eternal life on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Griffin Hospital in Derby. She was the beloved wife for many years of the late Sandy Scrivano. Born in New York City, NY on October 26, 1943 she was a daughter of the late Charles L. and Nadine (Goodheart) Saladino. A woman of strong faith, Dale was a former member of the Summerfield United Methodist Church in Bridgeport. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping, and playing bingo. She was also a sports enthusiast and avid fan of the New York Giants and New York Yankees. Most of all, Dale was a devoted and proud mother and grandmother who cherished her time spent with her entire family.
Dale is survived by her loving son, Gary R. Scrivano and his wife Cynthia of Torrington; two adored grandchildren, Jacob Scrivano and Natalie Scrivano both of Torrington; a sister-in-law, Connie Saladino; several nieces, nephews, and dear friends. In addition to her beloved husband and parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Charles “Chuck” Saladino; and a sister, Andrea Saladino.
Funeral service will be Friday (October 21st) at 11 am at the D’Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford. Burial will follow at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, (Section J), Bloomfield. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home chapel on Thursday (October 20th) from 4 – 6 pm.
