Doreen (donlin) Pollard

Doreen (Donlin) Pollard, 45, of East Hartford, peacefully passed away on Sunday, (January 22, 2006) surrounded by her loving and caring family. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Janina Kilroy of East Hartford and Robert Donlin of Kentucky, as well as the stepdaughter of the late John Kilroy formerly of East Hartford. Besides her parents, Doreen is survived by her daughter, Katie Pollard of East Hartford; her former husband, Steven Pollard of South Windsor; two special sisters, Debbie Miceli and her husband, Joseph, of Manchester, Karen Torres and her husband, Nelson, of East Hartford; two nieces, Janina and Angelina; two nephews, Joey and Matthew; two great-nephews, Bartolo and Bryce; a great-niece, Skyler; and several special friends, including Linda and Buddha. Funeral service will be Friday January 27, at 10 a.m. at the D'ESOPO-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford. Burial will be at St. Adalbert's Cemetery, corner of Belmont Ave. and Summer St. in Enfield. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home chapel on Thursday January 26, from 6-8 p.m. Memorial contributions in Doreen's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 538 Preston Avenue, P.O.
