

Frank Boronski, 97, of East Hartford, loving husband of the late Helen (Czerbinski) Boronski, passed away on Thursday (January 10, 2008), at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Born in Ware, MA on January 24, 1910 he had resided in East Hartford for over sixty years. Prior to his retirement in 1975 he was employed for over thirty years by Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, East Hartford. Frank was a member of the Aircraft Club, East Hartford and both the North End and South End Senior Centers in East Hartford. Frank was an avid golfer and ultimate sports fan, yet his greatest love was being a loyal and dedicated lifelong fan of the Boston Red Sox. Frank is survived by a caring daughter, Mary Ann Martin and her husband, James, of East Hartford with whom he made his home; a son, Robert Boronski and his wife, Donna, of North Smithfield, RI; a brother, Walter Boronski of Ware, MA; a sister, Rose Letendre of Ware, MA; three special grandchildren, Jason, Eric, and Beth Boronski; one great-granddaughter, Rebekah Boronski; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Monday, January 14 at 9 a.m. from the D'ESOPO-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Rose Church, 33 Church Street, East Hartford. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, East Hartford.
