John M. Lavado, 61, of Glastonbury, loving husband of 38 years of Donna L. (Hodder) Lavado, died May 23, 2018. He leaves behind his mother, Mildred (Fillatti) Lavado; his father John F. Lavado (Margaret), sisters; Deborah (Joe) Rawlinitis, Lisa (Todd) Lankton, and Gina Goodrow. Sisters-in-law Denise Sylvestre, Diane Gomper and James (Debbie) Hodder, several nieces and nephews and many good friends. He was pre-deceased by his brother Joseph (Joey) Lavado.
A memorial service celebrating John’s life will be held Wednesday (May 30th) at 10:00am at Crossroads Community Cathedral, 1492 Silver Lane, East Hartford with Pastor Sean Wiles officiating. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Silver Lane Cemetery, East Hartford. There are no calling hours.
