Joseph “Joe Joe” Gagnon, 75, of East Hartford, beloved husband of Candace (Hoover) Gagnon, passed away on Wednesday (January 7, 2015). Born in Ashland, ME on November 2, 1939, he was the son of the late Albanie and Odela (Goslin) Gagnon. Joe served proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of the American Legion and the French Social Circle. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife Candace; son, Michael Rochester; two daughters, Stacey Gagnon and her boyfriend Bill Newman and Nicole Kreider and two adored granddaughters, Kassidy and Kaitlyn Gagnon. In addition, he will be missed by his two beloved dogs, Lisa and Donna; all his friends from the Maple and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
