He enjoyed taking ocean/river cruises and Harley Davidson rides with Louise and always enjoyed a round of golf with friends. He was predeceased by two sisters, Dede (Evelyn) Ritter, who he shared a strong bond with as well as being his partner in fun, and Nancy Ricciardi.

A tip of a glass of Jagermeister to Peter Fleig, Karl’s life-long friend who was among other things also his cross-country trek co-pilot, DIY home projects partner, golfing buddy and in recent months, his sounding board. Heartfelt thanks to Bill Coiteux, another life-long friend, and Rich Beebe, Angie Fleig, Abbie Beebe and JoAnn Denning for their special friendship and their help especially in recent months. Karl & Louise , the " hosts, with " the most". Thank you for including Bill & me in family celebrations; a graduation, a shower, all memorable.
One memory, I'll never forget: We were at Dave & Lin's cabin. By Louise's side, Karl spoke lovingly about our relationship, with our mutual niece. So very kind , of him, to let us know, how they felt.
The expression, " It takes a Village ", may remind Louise, of this occasion💕
Gone to Soon...May He Rest In Peace ☮️

Through these difficult times words are sometimes small comfort to the families that have lost a loved one. Louise, my dear cousin, these past few years I have been privileged to have shared a part of your life with Karl through the many emails we have sent back and forth! I am really saddened that this day has come to pass.

For Louise and the rest of the family I wish to send along my deepest sympathies.
