Luella (Fuller) Rutigliano, 90, of Glastonbury and a former longtime resident of East Hartford, peacefully entered into eternal life on Saturday, March 30, 2024. Born in Bath, Maine on October 28, 1933, a daughter of the late Albert and Lillian (Matheson) Fuller, she had been a resident of East Hartford for over 50 years prior to moving to Glastonbury several years ago. A devout catholic, Luella was a faithful communicant of St. Rose Church in East Hartford until her health prevented her from going to church. She was an avid lover of all the arts, and enjoyed volunteering at the Bushnell. Family was her life and Luella was most devoted to them.
Luella leaves behind two daughters; Lisa (Robert) McDonald of Columbia, and Diana Rutigliano, one beloved granddaughter Elyse McDonald, one great-granddaughter who was the light of her life Ella Marie McDonald, one most cherished nephew Bobby Fuller, along with several other nieces, nephews, and dear friends. In addition to her parents, Luella was predeceased by her loving husband of 35 years Thomas, her daughter Carla Rutigliano, her four siblings Robert, Wayne, Hannah, Albert, and one cousin who was her best friend Barbara Barone.
