Michael Zdrojowy, 76, of East Hartford, entered into eternal life on Sunday, February 16, 2025. He was born on May 8, 1948 to the late Raymond and Agnes (Szrom) Zdrojowy and was a lifelong resident of East Hartford. Mike graduated from George J. Penney High School, East Hartford Class of 1966 where he was a track star and a wrestler. He also helped build the school library. He stayed in town with the love of his life of 55 years, Mary (Campise) Zdrojowy to raise their two children. Mike spent the later part of his career being a technical trainer as an independent contractor.
In his free time, you could see him fixing various things around the house, not only for himself but for his family members as well. Mike is a long time Scout Master and would have weekly lunches with lifelong friends he met as a Scout leader. He was an avid fan of UCONN Women’s Basketball and the Boston Red Sox. He was always the grill master for any family function and also enjoyed decorating for Christmas. Most importantly, he was a family guy. Taking care of his wife, supporting his children, and being his grandkids number one fan meant the world to him.
Along with his wife, Mike is survived by his daughter Kimberly Seward and her husband David and their children Ashely Viera and her husband Matthew and Kyle Seward of East Hartford. And his son Keith Zdrojowy and his wife Joyanna and their children Graham, Corey, and Violet, of Milford. He was predeceased by his brother Gary Zdrojowy.
