Hi Billings Daughters.
I am occasionally in the SW area and your parent's popped into my head the other day. I was driving by the Oakland Road appts that I had heard (via Bob/Jan Smith) that your parent's lived in when they were built a couple of decades ago.
I remembered the years of Sunday afternoons your folks gave up to the PYF of Wapping Church. Both of your parents were very kind and were always smiling.
I hope that both were free of issues in their last few years and hope all of your lives are also going well.

I’ve known Roger since I was a young girl when his family lived on Mary Lane in Vernon. Always gentle and kind, Roger made a lasting impression on all who knew him. Years after his family moved to South Windsor, our paths crossed again when my brother Chuck married Roger’s daughter Lynn. How fortunate I have been in my lifetime to have continued a friendship with such a kind, loving, caring and genuine man. We will miss you Roger and I am so thankful for the positive impact you have made in my life.
