Toni Lee Enman

Toni Lee (Crabtree) Enman, 79, of East Hartford, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford on March 21, 1946, a daughter of the late Louis and Marion (Sevarino) Crabtree, she had been a resident of East Hartford for most of her life.

Toni was a graduate of East Hartford High School, class of 1964. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a receptionist for over 25 years at the Howard Lee Schiff Law Offices in East Hartford. Toni was known for telling stories and being a devoted mother and grandmother. She lived for her daughters and grandchildren. She loved caring and supporting them at their extracurricular activities, and cherishing every moment spent with her entire family.

Toni is survived by her three caring daughters, Cathy Stebbins of Glastonbury, Doreen A. Anzualda and her husband Joe of Cuero, TX, Stacey Duzan and her partner Larry Jarvis of Willington. She also leaves a brother, Louis Crabtree, Jr. and his wife Carol of Manchester; a sister, Cathy Domina and her husband Wayne of East Hartford; seven special grandchildren; ten adored great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Peter Crabtree of North Carolina and her husband, Lloyd Enman.

Honoring Toni’s wishes, private funeral service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Toni’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The D’Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford has been entrusted with the care of the funeral arrangements.
