Yong Bun Song, 85, of Glastonbury and formerly of Enfield, entered into eternal life on Sunday, (January 28, 2007) at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. Born in Korea on October 30, 1921, she was the loving wife of the late Seung Song. She was a member of the Central Korean United Methodist Church in East Glastonbury. Mrs. Song enjoyed cooking and gardening, but most of all was a proud grandmother of her grandchildren. Mrs. Song is survived by two daughters, Chi Yon Kim and her husband, Dong of Glastonbury with whom she made her home; Song Holjes and her husband, John of Simsbury; five special grandchildren; one adored great-grandson; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Tuesday,Jan. 30 at 10 a.m. at the D'ESOPO-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford with Pastor Jae Chang officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
