Adelina R. Rodriguez

Our precious and selfless mother, Adelina Ramirez Rodriguez, of El Paso, Texas, peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones on March 31, 2026, at 2:15 p.m., at the age of 85. She was known for her boundless generosity, kindness, her deep love for her family, and her lifelong dedication to caring for others. Adelina lived a life of quiet strength and service, always placing the needs of her family and those around her before her own. She enjoyed reading novels, playing card games, working on puzzles, listening to music and traveling to visit family.

She was a devoted wife to Ricardo Rodriguez Jr. for 63 years and a loving mother to her four daughters: Sandra (spouse Gilbert Rivera); Monica (spouse Jon Aguilar); Alicia Rodriguez; and Adelina Rodriguez (spouse Jude Menard). She took great joy in her role as grandmother to Michelle (spouse Jordan Barry), Richard (spouse Abby Hoey), and Amelie Menard, and as great-grandmother to Amaris, Lilia, Davian, Caleb, Cora, and Eli, whom she cherished deeply.

Adelina was preceded in death by her parents, Anselmo Ramirez and Maria Alicia Zapata Ramirez, and her brother Anselmo Ramirez. She is survived by her brother Luis Armando Ramirez, along with her loving family, who will forever honor her legacy of compassion, generosity, and unconditional love.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a scripture service at 6:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903. Graveside service will be Friday, May 29, 2026 at 10:00 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, Texas 79906, where she will be placed for eternal rest.
