Alfonso is survived by father Ramon Alvillar and mother Aurora Alvillar; brother Javier Alvillar, brother Raymond Alvillar, brother Adrian Alvillar, sister Noemi Chavez, sister Marissa Roan and sister Lorena Trejo.
