Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Warren Wilson; daughters, Sandra Zabel and Marsha Chafer; and son-in-law, Paul Chafer. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Bullard and husband Carson, and Melinda Westfall and husband Steve; and by her son-in-law, Victor Zabel. She also leaves behind 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Alma will be remembered for her creative and artistic spirit. She found great joy in her many artistic endeavors, which included cake decorating, painting in oils and watercolors, and creating beautiful works of china painting. Her artistry was an inspiration to those who knew her.
A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Wilson will be held on May 15, 2026, at Del Angel Funeral Home–Evergreen East in El Paso, Texas. Family and friends are invited to attend to honor and remember her remarkable life.
May she rest in peace and may her memory be a blessing to all who loved her.
