Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Anita Trevizo, 70, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025. She was born in El Paso on July 26, 1954, to Gregorio and Dora Tovar. Anita was a proud graduate of Ysleta High School. She married Enrique Trevizo on November 25, 1973, and together they welcomed Prisilla Ann Trevizo, Melanie Barreras, Josh Henry Trevizo, Anthony Trevizo, and Dominic Trevizo. Anita was a homemaker but also joined the workforce as a receptionist. She will be remembered as the best Momma ever. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Enrique and their 5 children. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Harley Daniel Trevizo and Kelsey Barreras. Anita is also survived by her mother, Dora C. Tovar, and siblings, Elvira Diaz, Greg Tovar, Irene Negrete, and Arturo Tovar. Visitation will be Monday, June 2, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen, 12400 E. Montana Ave, 79938. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 9 a.m. at La Purisima Catholic Church, 328 S. Nevarez Rd., Socorro, Texas 79927. Rite of Committal will follow at Socorro Cemetery.
