ARTHUR MICHAEL SCOTT, 57, passed away August 16, 2018. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Scott. He is survived by his wife, Elvia Salgado Scott, father Mike Scott, sister Helen, brother Sam, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, many family members and friends. He had a kind and gentle heart. He was also an avid Washington Redskin fan. He will be greatly missed and loved by all. A gathering to remember Arthur and to celebrate his life will be held on September 7, 2018 from 5pm-9pm with a Memorial Service at 7:00pm at Martin Funeral Home 3839 Montana.
