Belen Leyva Riggle, 91, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 24, 2016. She was a loyal mother, grandmother, friend and Bowie Bear. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Cecil Herman Riggle. She is survived by her sons, William (AnaLia), Patrick and her daughter Barbara. She had 4 grandchildren: Johanna, Vanessa, Kelly, and Cecil. She had 4 Great-grandchildren: Jack, Grant, Zoe, and Alexa. Belen was a registered nurse. She retired from WBAMC after 44 years of service, and worked at RETGH for 12 years. She was a member of Episcopalian/ Anglican Church since birth. She was a member of the Church of St. Clement for 47 years. Pallbearers are Aaron Ortega, Bernard Moye, Bill Quinn, Cecil Melton, Eddie Chavez and George Horner. Visitation will be held Monday, October 31, 2016 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Martin Funeral Home Central. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the Church of St. Clement, McKee Chapel at 9:30 am, officiating will be Father Rick Milliorn with Internment Following at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
