I was thinking of you on Thanksgiving this year. You’ll always cross my mind around this time of year and how you were so brave and strong knowing you’d leave your family without getting to say goodbye. My heart will always hurt for you and for them. Everyday I am reminded how grateful I am to be able to take care of people by your memory. Being a nurse is a privilege and a gift. Panzon, it’s been five months, that you left me to be with our Lord. I go to work and it seems that everything is the same as it always been. But then I go home, and just walking into that empty house, nobody to say hello or ask me how my day was. No delicious smell of supper in the stove. I had to make my own meal, when I felt like it, and most of the time I don’t because I am missing what I had lost, not just my husband but also the person who used to look after me. I miss you, a little too much, a little too often, and a little more every day. You are everywhere except right here and it hurts.

I was so honored to take care of Mr. Sigala and to get to know Charlie and his wife, and Thelma.  He was so proud of his 2 granddaughters and my heart is broken for his family. He would often show me photos of the girls and his family beaming with pride and love. He was a sweet, tough, wonderful man and I will never forget him. Mr. Sigala, I know you’re resting peacefully in heaven and watching over your beautiful family. 💙💙
My mother is the first person I watched join the Lord God........she guides me in all of Gods work that I do. Charlie and family, this photo is for you so you can see the woman who taught me everything I know and left too soon.

he married Zonia and they gave you those beautiful granddaughters ...
you were overwhelmed with joy ! 
And together with Thelma at your side

You loved them and the whole world knew it ! The smiles on your face as they surrounded you was priceless!  It was so
beautiful to see your loving touch and

He never knew how funny his comments were or how much we liked poking fun at him, all in good fun. Tio was such a kind hearted person who was reserved yet so funny and amazing to be around. I remember the last time we had gone camping, tio kept calling me a cheater for making him team up with papás at corn hole, and at the end they won haha. It’s small memories like those that make me treasure the times I had him in my life. May you Rest In Peace, tío, and say hi to my dad and grandma and grandpa. Te amo mucho
