Carmen Licon Guerrero

Carmen Licon Guerrero , 88, entered into eternal rest on Friday November 12, 2021. Born in El Paso, Texas on June 1, 1933. Carmen led a fulfilled life. As an entrepreneur, she had a passion for traveling, collecting and selling antiques from the Southwest and parts of Mexico. Carmen was preceded in death by her father and mother Jose and Josefina Licon. She is survived by her daughter Sylvia Ann Parra and son Silvestre Parra III (Mary); sisters Blanca Rey, Yolanda Licon and Leticia Paoli. She had six grandchildren and five great grandchildren . A celebration of her life will be held on Monday November 29th from 10:30am -1:30pm with a rosary at 12:00pm at Martin Funeral Central on 3839 Montana Ave. Funeral Mass will follow at 2:00pm at San Antonio Catholic Church on 503 Hunter Dr. Honorary pallbearers will be Cristobal Rey, Daktor Holguin, Adrian Barragan, Spencer Parra, Fernando Almanza and Joseph Almanza. Masks are required to be worn at both services.
