Uncle Emilio...I will always fondly remember the summer I spent with you and the family in El Paso.  Our special outings will never be forgotten.  God Bless you and the family!

It is hard to imagine a world without you in it.  Memories of your funny faces that you would make, your stories of your childhood, and your attempts to cheat at poker before we would catch you will be greatly missed.  I know that you are now seating next to your honey Caprice and I'm comforted.  I love you my pops.

Mr. Hernandez,

I remember you always getting me confused with my sister because you said we looked so much alike. You were a great hearted person and will now be reunited with Caprice. The two of you can now watch over the family. You both are Angels in Heaven May God bless you!

I did have the pleasure of meeting Emilio and he was a very kind and generous man.  You always felt welcome in his house and in his presence. I know that Norma is the person she is today because of the parents that raised her. From her loving heart to her thoughtfulness. I know he is visiting Caprise and my Ricky now because of his special calling to a higher power than our own. God Bless you all. My heartfelt prayers go out to you all.

I am one of the many people who benefited from your  father's generosity.  My father (Juan Melendez) spoke well and often about the wisdom Mr. Hernandez was willing to share with him.  He showed my Papa about the ways here in America and he attributes much of his financial, as well as being a great parent to us 6 kids, to your father.  Many blessing

To the family of Mr Hernandez, Even though I have never met you, I have had the blessing of working with your wonderful daughter. Her love for others and her gentle spirit came from her loving parents. I have heard wonderful stories from Norma and her love for you. My love and prayers go out to each of you.

We will always remember how loving, gracious and understanding Tio Emilio was with us. We will always remember his loyalty to his family above all else.
