My dad was a truly special man who touched the lives of so many people. He was a loving father, a proud grandfather, a caring uncle, and a friend to everyone who knew him.
One of the greatest joys in his life was his music. He loved playing the guitar and sharing that gift with others. He patiently taught many people how to play, passing along not only his knowledge but also his love for music. He found great happiness in serenading people at church and bringing music, comfort, and smiles to the elderly.
My dad had a giving heart. He was always there to lend a helping hand whenever someone needed him. He gave freely of his time, his talents, and his love without expecting anything in return.
His music may have grown quiet, but the beautiful memories he created will continue to play in our hearts forever. His lessons, his kindness, his generosity, and his love will never be forgotten.
Dad, you gave so much of yourself to so many people, and your life made this world a better place. We are blessed and proud to call you our dad, grandpa, uncle, veteran, teacher, musician, and friend.
We will miss you dearly, love you always, and carry your memory in our hearts forever.
