He was preceded in death by his father Henry Asher Smallwood.
Enrique is survived by his loving, mother Lillian Smallwood; stepfather, Jose Camacho, Sr.; brothers, John Mattos, Jose Camacho, Jr., Andre and Fernando Camacho; several nieces and nephews,
Enrique lived His life free and without regret. He traveled across the country from Puerto Rico, Chicago , Hawaii, Pennsylvania back to Texas influencing everyone's life that he came across through his giant smile and his art. Through his tattoos, he helped people express themselves, find paths forward and even help get through tough times.
Visitation for Enrique will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel-Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. After he was a longtime resident of El. Paso.
