Ernesto Ramos Espinoza

Ernesto Ramos Espinoza, 82, was born on November 7, 1943, in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, and passed away on March 29, 2026 in El Paso, Texas. Ernesto was a devoted family man, husband, father and grandfather. He worked for Southern Pacific Railroad and retired after 38 years of faithful service. Ernesto was a Veteran of the United States Army, where he proudly served his country during Vietnam.

Ernesto is survived by his beloved wife, Cecilia Espinoza; their children, Patsy Sanchez, Laura Espinoza, Ernesto Espinoza Jr., Sergio Dorantes, Elizabeth trujillo, Gabriela Dorantes, and Lucilla Salas; their grandchildren, Valerie Perez, Sebastian Sanchez, Spencer Sanchez, Bianca Espinoza, Victoria Espinoza, Vanessa Salas, Ernesto Espinoza II, Ivan Dorantes, Alejandra Trujillo, Angel Mejia, and Anthony Espinoza; and their great-grandchildren, Celeste Velasquez, Elias Perez, Josiah Mejia, Lennox J. Trapsi Sanchez, and Israel Perez.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue on April 8, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary beginning at 6:00 pm. A Scripture Service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 12:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue.

Ernesto will be laid to rest at Fort Bliss National Cemetery , 5200 Fred Wilson Blvd at 1:30 pm on Thursday, April 9, 2026 with military honors.
