Ernesto Guerra Esparza, 79, born in Guadalupe, Mexico, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2026.
A proud Vietnam Veteran, Ernesto lived a life marked by service, strength, and devotion to his family. Above all, he was a family man with a kind and generous heart. He will be remembered for his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and for the love and care he showed to those around him.
Ernesto leaves behind a legacy of love through his daughters, Gissell Guerra, Karma Guerra, Gloria Guerra, and Diana Guerra; his sisters, Cristina Apodaca and Francisca Lara; as well as his many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernesto and Guadalupe Guerra.
Ernesto's kindness, generosity, and dedication to his family will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through the many lives he touched and the family he cherished so deeply.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 28, 2026 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a prayer service at 8:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave. El Paso, Texas 79903.
