FABIOLA E. SPIREK beloved Wife, Daughter, Grandmother and Great Grandmother was called home May 24, 2011. Mrs. Spirek was retired from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a member of the Elks Lodge for 16 years.
Mrs. Spirek is survived by her loving husband David Spirek, son Joe A. Cano; stepchildren David,Chauna and Laurie; sister Esther V. Natale (Robert) from El Paso, brothers Jose Valdez (Alicia), Elco Valdez (Espie), Hector Valdez (Carmen), from Los Angeles. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren Bryan and Mabel and Fabiola, four beautiful great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews.
Fabiola was a wonderful cook and enjoyed life to the fullest. Visitation will be Monday May 30th from 4:00pm to 9:00 pm. with rosary at 7:00 pm. at Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central, 3839 Montana Ave. Interment will be with graveside services at 9:30 Am. Tuesday on the 31st at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
