Frank Powers was born on November 4, 1965 and was a lifetime resident of El Paso, Texas. He was called home on March 18, 2021. He is preceded in death by his mother, Yolanda Powers and son, Frank Andrew Powers. He is survived by his father, John Joe Powers, and children, Joshua, Ludwika, Audrey, and Dominic. Frank was an avid mechanic who found joy in making every moment entertaining no matter where he was. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. The memories he left with every person who knew him will be greatly cherished. He is under the care of Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East. Services will be held at a later date.
