I am saddened to here of Gil's passing, especially 2 years later. Although we are cousins, we grew up miles apart. But when we spoke the conversations were lengthy and fun. Always thought I would return to my birth place and let Gil give me the grand tour. Never Wait. No one is guaranteed tomorrow .

Although we lost touch over the years I vividly remember Gil and the kind soul that he was.  I had the pleasure of working with him out at Cattleman’s and again later helping him get his fooz ball tables into a few bars downtown.  I could always count on Gil when I needed help no matter what the circumstances, he was there on numerous occasions for me as a friend.  I tried looking him up to get in touch when I came across this obituary.  Such FOND memories of this beautiful man.

My deepest condolences to the family! Gil was a great friend whom I had the pleasure of knowing! We worked together in the beginning at a night club, and then again at DMC. He was the most hard working boss I ever had, and corrected me in a kind but stern way when I messed up! He loved to shoot pool, and play fooz ball, and was always good at it! He was a very funny, caring person who was always there if you needed help! I had the pleasure of being his friend for 30+ years, and I will miss him dearly 😢 💔! Rest in paradise my dear friend! You are gone, but will never be forgotten!
