She was one of 11 children born to her parents Francisca Morales and Panfilo Luna. She was a hardworking, strong and beautiful human being.
She was very caring and took care of others in need. Linda, as she was known by many, loved all plants and flowers and two of her favorites were the gardenias and geraniums. She enjoyed cooking especially on Thanksgiving, Her talent was amazing. She taught herself to knit and crochet. By looking at a picture, she would duplicate and create beautiful scarves, decorative doolies and tablecloths.
She leaves behind her only surviving daughter, Eva V. Ruiz, three grandchildren Daniel, David and Laurie and their respective spouses, Amanda Ruiz, Winda Ruiz and Greg Cusack as well as eight great grandchildren, Micah, Max, Mia, Ale, Rafael, Lucas, Tony and James. Surviving her passing are one sister, Petra Luna and two brothers Jose and Panfilo Luna and various cousins, nephews and nieces.
She is being greatly missed by family and friends.
A Mass will be held in her honor on February 16, 2024 at 10 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church located at 3729 Hueco Ave., El Paso, TX 79903.
