Honey Elaine Phelps, age 77 passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.

Honey is survived by her daughter Kerry Paulette Riden; and her daughter Erin Lynn Martinez.

Honey was preceded in death by her husband Alan Lee Phelps; her mother Molly Spevack and her father Boris Steiman.

A graveside service for Honey will be held Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson, El Paso, TX 79906.
